GEOG 250 – Introduction to Geographic Information Systems

This course gives necessary skills for students to use existing datasets, create new datasets, produce maps, and perform basic spatial analyses. The lectures cover all the fundamental aspects of GIS and mapping while the labs help the students build very practical skills desired by many employers.
