I’m an environmental biogeochemist with a strong interest in understanding the fate of pollutants in terrestrial environments, mostly rivers and soils, to find a way to limit their diffusion and environmental impact.
Among those pollutants, I’m more specifically interested in the behavior (diffusion, transformation…) of metals, metalloids and nanoparticles in the environment, and their interactions with micro-organisms. I use various methods and instruments including synchrotron-based measurement, advanced spectrometry and microbiology studies.
