Canada is a mosaic of cultures and traditions and prides itself on being a diverse and welcoming society. Yukon is becoming more culturally diverse with immigrants from a wide variety of cultures and countries. This course focuses on engaging employees, employers, volunteers and others in furthering their awareness of cultural diversity and being effective and sensitive in embracing individuals from diverse cultures, religions and spiritual backgrounds, in the workplace and other environments.
