Dr. Andy Roebuck is an Assistant Professor in Psychology at Yukon University. His primary research interests relate to the biological basis of neurological and psychiatric illness and cover several areas related to stress, schizophrenia, epilepsy, cognition, memory, and cannabis. Currently, Andy is working with collaborators at the University of Saskatchewan on a new research program investigating the developmental origins of neurological and psychiatric illness, particularly as it relates to Northern communities. These studies are looking at how early metabolic stressors may impact brain development and function.
